Blasia’s Coffee and Tea Cart is a small, mobile coffee setup serving Austin, Texas and the surrounding areas. I run the cart myself, brewing espresso drinks, matcha, and specialty teas that are easy on the stomach but full of flavor. I started it after dealing with my own digestive issues and wanting better, more thoughtful drink options. Everything is made fresh with ingredients I trust. I use local beans, real tea leaves, and have a focus on quality and care. Whether I’m set up at a market, a park, or an event, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming experience through every cup.
